I share your opinion. Instead of those tickets, there's a lot of things that are better and wouldn't have much impact in the game.

Considering you swear in English, you get a mail from a GM telling you to moderate your language. Well, apply that to Spanish aswell, because there's always people flaming in their own language, and specially having a Spanish GM, should happen to both sides.

The DBOG Team do look at the recommendations, not because they don't say anything means they didn't see it.
The community right now is so Spanish-Brazilian/Portuguese based. All i see ingame is people talking to me in Spanish, even flaming because they think that people don't understand what they're saying so they take advantage of that.
It is frustrating to be able to speak to so small part of the community sadly.

Mine is x64 bit windows 10 too.
install latest net framework, not the old one. try it.Daneos helped me fix this.
My internet would connect to domains but no IPs, so i had to use a VPN to launch the client, now i don't need it.

try to move the dbo global folder onto your desktop.
Also make sure to run the dboglauncher.exe as admin.

I'm just really giving up with this.
Tried the followings with BoxBox:
- Checked all pack files.
- Uninstall .Net Framework 4.X and install the 3.5 version.
- Checked the game configuration files.
- Turned off firewall and antivirus.
- Moved the DBO folder to the desktop.
- Running every executable as admin/with compatibility.
- Downloaded from two different websites (mediafire and filebin) with both firewall and antivirus off.
Its a x64 bit os, windows 10.
Hope you can find a fix for this since i'm not the only one that's unable to play due to patch problem.

I have the exact same problem. Before anyone says "download the new launcher" like an auto-response email, it is the new launcher.
Tried reinstalling, turning off firewall and antivirus (also adding the files to exceptions) and absolutely nothing.

Reinstalled the NEW client again, still doesn't patch for me.

Yes, i tried the autolaunch, doesn't work either. Gonna reinstall the game again, hope it works.
