I just downloaded the game and it's running good but I can't understand the language. I look online for tutorials and I kept getting the DBO.exe is not found kind of message and it was in the right folder I tried multiple ways 
no clue how to do this or fix this there's a langpatcher file that's already in the dbo files when I downloaded it but I have no clue how to do anything with it it doesn't open just a black page flashes and comes off
IN THE FIRST PICTURE ITS THE ERROR
SECOND PICTURE SHOWS THE LANGPATCHER THAT WAS ALREADY IN THE FILES WHEN i INSTALLED DBO
THIRD PICTURE SHOWS THE BLACK WINDOW WHEN I OPEN UP LANGPATCHER
