Hi, from 3-4 days I'm having the same problem that you are saying.
Whenever I open the bank the game crashes, it's so annoying. 
I know this is the pre-beta and bugs normally happen, but I would like to know if there is any solution for this matter.
Hello everyone, it's my first time playing this game, so I expect to have some fun until the open beta comes.
By the way I'm a devoted big fan of dragonball as far back as I can remember, so I hope to enjoy the game as much as you are already doing.
