Edit: I've made a new human as well and got in just fine
EDIT: I got in after making a namekian
I'm new, the same thing is happening for me. I made a character, selected a channel, got the ??? error during the loading screen.
I've tried several times to log in but every time after selecting different channel I get the ??? error on the loading screen.
