As someone who played in the Korean beta... DBO was indeed always SK Online. Coming from someone who ran a Grand and SM during that beta and in to release. Fighter of course after they broke them.

Like the title says, looking for a texture artist. I don't want to say what the project is openly, but I'm part of a modification team (unrelated to DBO altogether) that is currently lacking one. I used to play, back in the 1.4 - 1.6 days.. too old now to keep my twitch game on point. If you were looking for casual I might have been able to, but I know better than to drag a rank team down. Hope you find some people to play with though!

Have a few others that aren't safe for younger eyes ;), along with a slew of DBZ and Chrono Trigger ones as well. Randomly picks a new one every 3 minutes.

That's still something that has to be set up by the developers in Japan, regardless of where it's being done. Setting up and compiling the game code, for testing in a country on a platform they aren't supporting in their country, is a lot of money. That doesn't even begin to talk about the cost for setting up and running the servers for the 2 days.
From a business standpoint, it doesn't make sense to spend that money, when there is no guarantee that releasing in the west, will make up the money sent, as well as earn more. Remember, they aren't in the interest of breaking even. They are in the business to make money, while spending as little as possible.
With the PS4 being built with the same architecture as a PC, financially it doesn't make sense to do all of that extra work, when one build of the game will give them the same results.

Like I said, becoming dependent on a system were "it happens every time" leads to people getting angry.
Edit: Downvote all you want, doesn't change the facts that what happened an hour ago, "happens every time there is an update"; yet this time there was no update. You have no rights to be mad when you assumed that "it happened last time" means that it was happening again.

I didn't say the update was finished I said it was in the process of finishing right now. damn don't hate.
And I'm saying that nothing says that the update that you said is confirmed, is even happening. I made that very clear in my post.

Did you log in, start and finish the quest yet? If not, then it isn't. I understand that normally everything goes down for an update, and that may well be the case here. But becoming dependent on a system like that only leads to anger when it turns out to not be the case.

They are releasing the game in PC again for a reason.
Didn't say they weren't. I said XV2 is a PS4 exclusive in Japan. Meaning there is no Japanese PC version of the game. Meaning that they would be spending extra money to host a beta for a platform, that they aren't even supporting in their own country. Meaning that, as a business, it's a bad decision to throw away money that they may not make back.

Doubtful. XV1 sold so poorly on Xbox consoles and PC, that XV2 is a PS4 exclusive in Japan. Be lucky to get an X1 beta in western countries, let alone a PC one.
Doesn't make it not 'unfair'. But they are in a business to make money, and hosting servers for a platform that they won't even have in their own country is putting out extra money that they may not make back.

On the real, 1337 5p3@|< is something I grew up with.. back in CS 1.4. If you weren't a player of that, or you aren't old enough to know what that is, it's not something anyone should use. Overall, you have a bit too much of the 'brown nosing' way of politeness going on, but all in all is a good "hey, have a quick look at this and maybe take some of it under advisement". Nicely done.

for some reason i cannot download from this site. In the morning about 10 hours ago, It kept on saying i need an account because i'm over my limit and had to wait 7 hours before i could use the free download again (sucks to be on a shared Ip adress for internet).
Now i tried it again and it said the same. Do i actually need to wait for 7 hours with the link open to finally get this? or is there another and faster way?
PS: making an account is only activatable upon purchasing a certain subscription pack. And i won't buy a subscription pack if it's only for one download xp

No, that's more of an arena game.
We're talking a combat system not unlike this. Pick up the pacing a small bit, along with the other changes I noted. Allowing players to make a contract with 10 other Ronin to escort supplies or whatever the case may be. The downside being the more people on the contract, the smaller the cut each person gets from the quest reward. Good way to make it so you can't be attacked during enemy player Ronin during a mission, and only have to worry about mobs.. but much smaller reward.
As I said, HUB towns have locked combat areas, they are where you team up with other Ronin if you decide to. Out in the fields, which are large open plains (not unlike Feudal era Japan. Not a hallway), it's a PvP flagged zone. If you end up in an instance with 9 other Ronin that aren't on a contract together, it could potentially become a death match situation. If you're going to try and stop a supply, you better have back up if you think that supply is going to have player Ronin guards.
