so since we cannot do the quests that are related to the time rifts right now. How are we supposed to learn the skills that we would normally get through those quests such as the powering up etc. Because I saw a youtube video of someone doing some gameplay from this server in specific and they had the skills. It leads me to wonder how is it possible if the rifts are currently disabled.
