Problem whit start QueryServer, help me please...

Im create a database and import a (dbo_acc , dbo_char and dbo_log)

Start whit xamp and compiled on windows 10 x64 visual studio 2019 all compiled it ok .

start Master server ok. but when i start QueryServer proble sql: char database initializacion failed.

What it the problem.
