Its possibly coming in the next few updates. Daneos has done an awesome job with the Adult/Master quests, and early level TLQs. It wouldnt surprise me if adding the tier 2 dragonballs would be next.
so, does that mean the TLQ for charge has been added now? because it wasn't in yesterday. i'm in no way complaining or anything, I'm just unaware as to which tlq's are in atm if any. without those the only way I could think of possibly getting passives would be to either have gm's grant them or have a free item in the cash shop that would unlock them.
