This happened before the update was live maybe an hour or so

I get this message every time I get to the log in screen that tells me there's a failure. The game was litterally working fine 30 minutes ago, ever since than I have had no luck getting on. I reinstalled twice, and tried to download netframework and that was already up to date. Someone please help, the new update just came out D:<
