When u see quest failed u need to relog then when u relog Press "J" and u will see a RED quest, Forgeit that quest and click the item of masterclass quest

i do right-click on Crying Stick (Quest starting item for change class to Fighter) yesterday, but i don't know why, the quest is Failed..
Today i try to do right-click again, i can't take the quest but i always take notice that quest is Failed again and again..
how to fix this??
