For me the girl won't offer me to teleport to the korin tower, even though I have activated the quest. Do I have to do some other quests before to avtivate her?

My character is stuck on Red Pants training ground, I was heading out to the majin npc to complete my task when suddenly my character just fell through the ground. Couldn't use a fly scroll or teleport my way out. So I logged out and came back, just to find out that I'm stuck on a random building roof this time and won't budge. Tried to walk, dash, use a fly scroll and use a vehicle but I only get a can't use item and you're not allowed to enter warnings. Logging out doesn't help neither does changing channels or dowloading the latest patch. Is there anything that can be done??? : (
