I'm at lvl 5 all the quests i have run across have been not working so i was grinding to pass the time but still dont know what to do. i tried logging out and ligging in to see if they work but they still dont and now cant find the lvl4 quest it said i should do with the x on the screen. so ill just keep grinding i guess

Hey, so I am brand new at the game and i cant seem to figure out how to do the human quests. I have tried looking for guides but all i can seem to find are guides to find dragonballs, class stuff etc. Nothing that helps with early quests, like the scouter quests, i have scanned the npc, tried talking to her and no matter what i do it says i failed, doesnt even tell me what i should do to complete the quest. As well running into npc quest givers but its not translated so i have no clue what to do. any help would be greatly appreciated
