try with 123456789,0123456789 or 1234567890,not sure which havent deleted one in a while.

Dunno if im an idiot or what but everytime I try and delete my toon it says either enter your last 3 digits of your KSSN or enter your password. Ive tried both ways and neither work. I enter the last 3 digits of my password it tells me "The password you entered is incorrect". I try fully writing out my password and again it tells me "The password you entered is incorrect". I'm able to log in fine with my password but when i use the same password to try and remove a toon so I can get my name back it tells me im incorrect? Anyone else have a possible solution to this problem? Would appreciate it.
