Ok,it's this:
I'm level 14,i'm tryng to do the Four star dragon ball quest,with the man with black power. But,when i go to him,the mission don't appear.
The mission is for level 12 users,and i'm 14,so i'm more than the right level to do the quest.
Someone can help me please ?
(I'm already have 3 dragon balls)
