Hello to all from about 3 days I am trying to delete a character, however, when I enter the password tells me: Carachter Deletion - The password You entered was incorrect;How do i fix? I tried it on another account and delete them quietly but not delete them on 2 accounts and do not understand why.I do not know if you can be helpful but they are at 3/4 of the character creation slot.Thanks in advance.
PS: i am italian and i am using the translator if you notice any sentence mistranslated.
