okay so I must be doing something wrong, I have installed the game, I have the .net framework installed, and whenever I go to open the launcher it just sits there, it says it needs to finish updating but both download and patch bars are at 100%, I tried to look to see if there was an updater.exe because i have seen in other posts that maybe that is the problem, and I don't have that at all. I am running a windows 10 pro x64. Any and all help would greatly be appreciated, I tried reinstalled multiple times along with rebooting.
