Been looking to see if this quest has been reported yet. Red Pants HQ quest unlocking ruis from the cage, but upon doing so... the mission wont complete.

Turtle without Weaken Defense = Useless
Sorry to bring up an old thread but im just realizing weaken defense is completely bugged -_- ..... is it really true turtles are broken in this game? ill be sad... its all i play it for... weaken defense is a mandatory skill for turtles in pvp.

I noticed a lot of new players where dumping skill points into the wrong skills, so i made this quick video guide to show new players how to utilize their spiritualist skills in the strongest way possible. My channel also has ranked battles to show my build in action and i will be posting more videos today for my level 20-30 build.. hope this helps!!

Edit+: Just tested weaken defense in pvp and it seems like it worked. must be broken in just pve -
This is broken for me. this was nowhere near kokkara or near three circles so im extremely confused.... on my map theres an x at its location and its completely un-clickable.... this is a main dragonball quest line and its not working...please help

im sorry if there is another thread for this. i used to play on tw servers so i basically know most the items that are still untranslated but this yellow box i recieved from a low level quest from the upgrade vendor is new to me and i would like to know what it does... been searching forums for awhile now
