I can hear the Music but i cant hear the HIT sounds
I have the same problem. I can only hear ambient sounds and music. No sound effects.
I have tried to reinstall the game, I have seen that the options in the game are well and still fail.
Sometimes I go in and listen to the sounds when I activate a buff but it's the only thing I can hear (only sometimes). When I fight, the blows are not heard.
I use a USB headset but the same thing happens to me using any other device.
Any solution? Is it a recognized bug? I have no problems with anything else in terms of audio. I have the drivers updated.

For the "DBOGLauncher need to finish patching first" problem.
If at some point you changed the languages in the options of the launcher, simply edit the file "patcher_config.xml" (in the root folder of the game) and revert the changes by editing the following parameters:
patcher_lang = "en" game_lang = "english"
This worked for me, since in the options I put Spanish language both in the launcher and in the game and from that moment I gave the error.
