hi i have problem on my char i cant take any quest, all time when i try 2 take quest i get thise message quest failed how can i fix that

i did and nothing happen, yestrday it was a problem with visual today i dont have that inventory n20 where was box gift and other stuffs idk what else i can try. I try 2 relog to restart to download a game a new 1 but nothing i check mail for lost items same in the bank but i dont have those stuffs box and others

srry for post thise but can i some how take items back from my lost inventory it was N20 and its disaper today after patch i lost my gift box moto and other items idk what was there but can i some how get back those stuff and btw mails are problem 2 i need 2 relog 2 see mails
