I can´t enter the world with this character, appears the error '?????'

Hi, I need help with something. When I start the DBO this loads everything okay, but when I select my main character and enter any channel, the loading screen goes out (after 30 seconds) and a poster appears with many ??????????? ?.

I have created other characters to test and I can enter the world with them, however, the game only comes out with my first character. Please, I would greatly appreciate the help because I researched the internet and found no solution to the problem.

Cuando inicio el DBO este carga todo bien, pero cuando selecciono mi personaje principal y entro a cualquier canal, la pantalla de carga se sale (después de 30 segundos) y aparece un cartel con muchos ????????????.

No me pasa con otro personaje y me preocupa mucho ya que es mi personaje principal y e invertido muchas horas en él
