Então upei meu personagem para o 30, e estou com uma certa dificuldade na quest que aprende a habilidade de voar permanente, vi um video no Youtube que mostrava com faz, pegando um pergaminho e usando pra voar pra um npc chamado daly, daryll algo assim porém quando chego lá não a quest nenhuma e nem algo pra falar com o npc então eu estou meio confuso porque eu quero muito a habilidade mas nada...

I made an account here just because i've through the same problem, except for the quest. It is the same kind of quest, but in level 4 and i can't do it because it is saying the same thing... i'm really frusted because of that... i guess they will fix it, but maybe not today, i actually don't know.
