first there is new quests lv65+ i think
second u can do many tmq7 or ud6 its give huge exp
third am fighter too and took me some days to go from 65 to 70 without any quests
just use exp booster and change to ssj+ energy buffs+ focus armors not dex
and big bang skill on cd rp skill
then keep kill kill kill so fast
1 hit kill with like 9000dmg
and with cd skill u can do 2 hits before u lose any lp
so u 100% safe from ding
or u can find some turtle or karma to lvl u up while u afk and with him in party
u can pay him like 50-100k each lvl
so totally 350k
but i don't recommet u to lose money
