When I do the updates nothing happens

I have just tried that but it still doesn't let me press start

Yesterday when i tried going on to dragon ball online it wasn't working. The DBO launcher said an update was available and when I said to download it then it didn't download and it didn't let me press start. When I tried using only DBO.exe to open it I logged in and after a few second it said the server has disconnected. I try all the time but it still doesn't work. If you have any suggestions please tell me.
