Yes, its me again. I had to reinstall my antivirus, now it works. Thank you Daneos for your time and will to help me. I'm really happy that I can play the game.

Thanks for explaining how you fixed your issue because now i was able to fix mine as well. although instead of reinstalling it i disabled it from task manager under the startup tab and i was able to patch the game
- When I use the old launcher.exe there was a screen but the START was dark and the download percentage was always 0%
- the whole game is the newest which I download from the forum .
- Nothing appears after I click the new launcher.exe also run it as administrator .
- Anti-virus is turn off .
- Net Framework is fixed .

Having the exact same issue. If there is mean to be a file called update.exe in the main folder, its missing. Perhaps if somebody could upload a copy of it, it may solve the problem. However, im not too sure how it works so idk lol.
I have tried a fresh download of the game but still no updater.exe file. guess ill try again lol.
I can't seem to find the update.exe file in my dbog folder and when I open the launcher its stuck at 0% with no patch check button. If anyone could give file that would be great. I have had the game working in the past but now it won't update.
