they can put new items the thing is that currently they're working on fixing and fully developing the game so that's not thei main concer

it has the content from pre open beta but because of the level 45 cap you probaly can't access it (If you don't like that think of it this way, later on in the game you'll get to experience the content bugless because thanks to the cap the developers had the time to work on the "late" game and fix it before we could say " hey that's hella broken")

It takes way too long to reach 54/55 from 52 in UD3 (you'll get from it very low exp), so probably nobody is gonna help you do that. You can reach lvl 54/55 easily just by doing quests yourself, then (and only then) after you do that you can ask for help and maybe even find someone willing to actually lend an helping hand (withought paying is gonna be very hard), because at 54 you can access ud3 hard wich gives you more exp.
(No hard feelings but I'm definately not gonna be the one that is gonna help you do that) -

Honestly everybody has their theories, I heard sooo many people say in a few months or next year... but it's just speculation.. personally I have no clue
the only ones that can give you a legit estimation of an open beta release are Daneos or maybe a mod (maybe) and up untill now I don't think Daneos gave any information on the subject. Soooo...nope

Everybody can do that but .....it does seem more useful if someone sends you a skill tree from a skill calculator since, like that you can actually get a grasp of how and why the skill points get assigned, due to the presence of a description available for each and every one of the skills and their progression

or you can check your world map section per section, to see if there are red crosses that you missed (try to look inside dungeons too, it looks like one of does quests might be inside aria waterfall)

because you did one of the chain quest needed to get the flight skill , there are others that you have to do and besides that, lvl 30 is needed to be able to fly unless you use the temporarily flight scrolls that you get from the blue present that should be in your inventory. More information about it are actually in game, you just need to click on the orange ball in the lower corner of the screen
