So, if anyone has issues, if you havent edited the mouse keys, you can go into the mouse config menu, edit the button input on the mouse side buttons to some random key, and then it should work.

I've tried this and the game doesn't register the button clicks. I might have to dabble with my mouse settings to see if maybe its on my end.. thank you for the info

I apologize if this is already possible or not possible to implement, but something I believe would increase ease of play and make game play more fluent is finding a way for the game to support gaming mouse options.
To clarify, having the ability to select extra mouse buttons as bind capable keys in the controls menu (e.g. Setting "Guard"/"Skill Slot=" to [Mouse 4], etc.).
