I understand where you're coming from, but that's not how MMORPGs work. The way you're asking for it to be made is more like a Xenoverse type game for PC. MMORPGs are different, and this game is an MMORPG.
but can you imagin how the game will be mmorpg with combat system it sound like a legendary game
HI Guys i suggest to create a new combat system that make us punch kick ki blast i dont want the game to be all about skills and armor a combat system will serve many players well like no one of us can press all skills that he want to use it at once 
WE want to feel like in dbz world not pressing skills world we want to feel like we are fighting like in dbz
