ahh iv started this game on another more advanced computer after many months and it still gives me occasional lag freezes even on the lowest setting, is there any solution to this

didnt work, i installed both packages and started the game and theres no change, it still freezes every 10 seconds and shows the game not responding

the game constantly freezes so i also downloaded that thing u told me to, and added it to the dragon ball global folder, is that what i should be doing?? it hasnt stopped the freezing...nvm i forgot to install
