That's how the launcher looks if it can't connect to the patch server. As you noted, it still works without connecting. This is because the patch server crashed! It should be all fixed now though.

Thanks for clarifying! I thought it was an issue of my game. Yeah today I started the launcher and it worked fine.
Yesterday my game was crashing a lot from battling the world boss (its ok, a lot of people have this problem), and because of that I tried to run the launcher as administrator and then this happened:
After a minute or some it allows me to join the game and everything is fine but before that it didn't have to do all that process and I could enter the game faster, even the News there don't appear anymore, nor if the channels are online (before they looked green and showed the on-going events)
I tried to restart the PC and reinstall the game but it doesn't seem to work.
Edit: I tested the Repair button but didn't fix the problem
