It would be cool and it would certainly give the game more flavour but it would be way to much work. Sadly there is literally only one person who actually works on the game and who develops it further. It would take years to atleast create one extra race that would function properly. Like many people say good idea but to make it a reality, thats another story.

yea, even though the game is still in Beta, so we should not get any problem if it is added with few options to play with.
Even if it becomes a cosmetic change, it would also make new options for character selection for new users in the game, there are also Frieza race fans that would also like this idea and if the Changelong race is added, maybe there will be more users entering the game with more expectations.
Even though we are fine with the races we already have, why not to try something new?
Yea! Android race could also be a great idea, because there alot of variations of androids in dbz!
I've been thinking that maybe they could add a new race similar to Frieza's one, what do you guys think?
