moving dbo global folder to desktop, fixed all problems if someone has low fps and turning off anti virus not helping just move all dbo global folder to your desktop and it should fix everything, thanks for helping me Daneos.

Hello DBO community, i wanted to ask for a help from u. First of all mine problem are that when im trying to turn on a game with launcher mine game performance going down till 5-10fps and loading screens taking about 15mins to load a game or a server, but when i trying to turn on game with out launcher just direct, it goes perfectly and fast till log in menu, when i trying to log in, nothing happens.
(all things like driver updates or turning of anti virus sys, i tried)
