Alright, so I have managed to create an account on mobile.
Also I'm not sure if you are using those or not but they specify to only use letters and numbes, which makes special characters like ,.?/';\| etc. not useable.
I got the same problem, was trying using passwords in range of 6-14 characters and got message that it was to short, even when I tried using password with more than 14 characters for giggles... It was still to short!
