Once you have joined the guild, you'll be able to get it then, only the leader's can grant permission also. Hope to see you soon though

I've done the same thing! So don't worry about it, had a list of like, 3-4 names which I wanted but had to wait for them to be deleted. When you can just contact one of those names and we can help you out.
