Already reported; I found it to not just be a certain zone, but the entire game has quest icons that don't show.

If you stun a mob, even from behind - they will turn to face you no matter which direction you stunned them from, or even if you stun them again.
This is not the case on the live client, as when you stun them there they will face the direction they were already facing, instead of facing you.
Here are two gifs comparing them, one from the old client and one from the new client:

When using Spin Rush, there is a visual animation bug alongside the animation of the skill.
The bugged visual is the lines coming forth and out of the ground.

Once again, being able to jump up maps is crucial for things like Dragon Ball Scramble - where you have no flight and get around on foot - or when you're a low level, and you take shortcuts via the Mountains etc etc.
The problem is on this client, all momentum is killed once you hit a wall. Unfortunately, the Mountain acts as a 'wall' so players stop moving when they try run up it.
This isn't how it behaves on the current client.

I also think its possible to select the wrong wish, as I was given Namekian gear when I clicked the wish at the very top:

On the New Client, when making a wish with Tier 1 DBs it gives you multiple of the same wish (possibly showing the wishes for each-sub class) instead of only the one for your specific class.

A visual bug: If you are outside the PVP Platform, players who are inside of the platform have red names, as if you were also in the platform alongside them.

I did this test with the same scouter for both clients. Its the new type that we buy in the Korin Village.
I believe that feature was removed because there is a new scouter function: press T to use your scouter, then left-click on the mob.
When you do so, you see this:

No matter how much Zeni you attach, it will say that you attached 100,000,000 Zeni in the chat-log.

If someone opens the HoiPoi Machine, it gives them a CC++ error and crashes their client. I also asked another player to use it, and it crashed them too.

If a player enters, then exits a TLQ - the sound effect the portal makes will continue to play; regardless of the distance the player creates between themselves and the portal.

If a player exits a TLQ - regardless if it was prematurely or if they finished it entirely - once they exit their camera will behave oddly and allow them to look under the map.
I tested this with both TLQ 1 and 2.

This bug was discovered on Bilal, who asked me to report it on his behalf.
When you use Draconic Overpowering on a mob, instead of paralyzing the mob, they can still follow you through teleportation.
He has provided video footage here:

You can no longer jump up mountains; something that is used heavily before players obtain flight skills or in Scramble.
This is because when a player hits a 'wall' - such as the mountain, or a building - they happen to stop moving, and so you can't 'spam jump' your way up the mountain anymore.
I'll attach a video later.

Despite going from Adult to Kid, or Kid to Adult; the Kid Clock will say "You are an adult!" regardless of which way you are transforming.

Whilst in a Vehicle, you cannot interact with any NPCs.
For example: You cannot interact with the Teleporter NPC, or Sheila (The girl who can send you to Korin Tower if you right-click her and talk to her).
On the live servers, when you right-click an NPC such as a Teleporter it does bring up the menu.

I know the map isn't fully functional, however when you hover your mouse over an un-revealed area, it still highlights things such as Shenron Altars.
This does not happen on live servers. Here is an example of this happening (on the New Client):

As you can see, the dimensions in the 'Ki Charge' animation are warped, and differ to those in the TW client.

As you can see, when you have to give in a quest the icon does not appear above a person's head. Oddly enough, if you select the quest and exit out, the icon appears above their head.
