In the quest "Majin is actually Red Pants Army" there is supposed to be 4 pandas that spawn behind the field artillery enemy. I haven't gotten these enemies to spawn in and have only been able to fight the field artillery. No channel with this quest functions. Please help!

During the Dragon Ball hunt yesterday I wasn't able to use the scouter I made sure that my scouter is on and I already purchased the 45k zeni scouter from Korin Village, but I can't get it to work, no dragon balls appear on the map nor do they appear on the minimap, I searched for balls for hours and haven't been able to find a single one. Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong or is this a bug?
EDIT: Fixed the problem, probably should've tried browsing similar threads before posting

I believe I may have disposed of the 1 star Dragon Ball and I can't get it back, the quest isn't available either. What now?
