Cant Login the game when i put my info when i press start it doesn't load and cant click anything else. Played like 10 mins before now it wont let me.

I put my username and pw into the log in spot for the game and every time I click start it doesn't load up the game. I've tried closing and opening and using the small keyboard provided but I still can't login. It just doesn't login the game? Can anyone help?
