Yesterday, I order the game card: dragon ball online global voucher (DBOG Voucher) (50USD).

When I enter the code to my DBOG account, the DBOG website was suddently was crashed. I wait for several hours until DBOG website back to normal. But when I enter the code again, it shows "Card has already been used". However, it do not give me any cash points!!!!!

I sent email to newgameway to report the problem, but I don't get any reply for a day.

Please help to fix my problem.
