The mouse works in login page and character page, but when I'm actually in the game, it doesn't work anymore. Can't rotate the camera or click on anything just no response at all, what should i do? I already plug in a second mouse but still won't work.

yes as there was a pop-up window suggested me to do so before running the client. What should i do now?

Just downloaded the game, everything's fine until I got stuck in the login page. Can't type in the username and password, I can summon that built-in keyboard but there's no way for me to type in anything. Can anyone help with this issue? Thanks.
