I had to install directly onto c:\ so it became c:\dbog. Started it up and backgrounds and geography were all active again

After downloading, I can create a character but I see nothing other than floating NPCs and characters and my entire game is just the sky. Attempted to repair, redownload, patch everything and it's always the same thing. Also attempted clear cache, unstack, etc to fix it and it only teleports me into the sky. No geography, no terrain, nothing other than the sky background and an abyss of white. Any help is appreciated!
