I have tried to re install the application twice on fresh windows 7 install. I get Creating the Application is failed error code 0. The logs show CNTLAPPLICATION:CREATE (338) : [ASSERT] Engine Open Fail. I ran this as administrator and do not have any antivirus on and added the program to my firewall. Not sure what else I can try.
