    That's intended. The character stats won't reflect the wand's upgrade, but the bonus is calculated when you use wand-based skills, so the best way to verify it is by comparing your skill damage before and after equipping it.

    防火牆跟解析度那些也都照著AI的指示調整過了,但還是完全不行

    This is normal behavior, wand upgrades usually apply only to skill damage and not to the visible character stats. You can test it by comparing damage numbers on wand skills rather than checking the stat screen.
