When server was fixing and i was disconected , later i logged in and i cant move cant do anything and teleport.Please help me.

Did u try the home teleportation item in inventory(not the skill)? if not try that..

Are you able to invite someone to party or accept party request ? if yes then add someone to party then tell that person to summon you.
if nothing works then you can always ask daneos for help.. -
