The issue is is that I hadn't played this game for so long. I thought that me not being able to teleport to kami lookout was literally a bug so I forfeited the adult quest. Stupid me lol. But I should've been able to retrieve it again after completing prerequisites.
I was a DBO Hong Kong and Taiwan player
