So in about a week I am going to be getting a Piano, and begin practicing, but I was curious if there is anything I should know before I start. Whether it be something I should definitely do or something I should avoid doing completely. Anything useful would be gladly appreciated.
Looking for beginners tips if any. (Very Off Topic)

Play Drum&Bass and tap tap tap the piano!

If you really want to play ''Music'' and not just a make the piano a Hobby, you should read a very practical book:
Theorie de la musique, Author: Danhauser this book will give you some few tips you need to know to understand music x)
-
Alright kevtchup I will look into getting that book. Your help is gladly appreciated!

When it comes to playing music, it's very frustrating trying to piece together notes that sound perfect together. I would say play around and have fun, learn what key sounds you like the most early so you can make/play songs later
-
So then it's actually possible to learn naturally by ear?
-
listen to alot of piano music, preferably the slow ones or just make them slower and try to figure out by ear each and every note that is being played slowly ofc that way you'll learn faster
-
Hmm ok I see. I can relate similarly to how I am learning other languages. Thank you.

However, requires talent, and year/s to learn the whole functions and the sound of it.
Make sure your concept of piano is based on your main feelings and the large fantasy that you own. Are some keys for go ahead on things that you want. -
Congratulations!
The piano is an instrument that is very useful to compose music.
Are you interested in composing?
Anyway, I wanted to learn to play piano, but today I dedicate myself to the guitar.
I recommend that you make your piano covers, and improve your technique. -
Thank you Jairu, and I plan to make covers once I begin to learn, and understand the fundamentals of the Piano.

Practice makes perfect.

Thank you. I hope I can become very good at the piano. It is something I love to listen to.

Well i can tell you right now you are going to learn to stretch your fingers in ways you never thought you could lol..but make sure you understand the way all major scales are performed(root, whole step, whole step, half step, whole step, whole step, whole step, half step)..triads and major scales are the best thing to get well acquainted with first when you first start off with piano..at least thats how i was taught..
