the Speed Restrain is bugged too, when you use the skill, the target dont get the slow debuff

Speed restrain works, but the animation for it doesn't for some reason.
If you use SR on a mob, you'll find out that once they reach you, they don't attack. In fact, not until like 10 to 15 seconds they seem to start attacking. That is because they are meant to still be running after you, but it just doesn't "SHOW" you where they actually are! -
