Oh. i assumed that because he showed a screenshot of what is presumably his character that he had already bought the items, People seem to forget that English is my 5th language. No need to belittle someone for making a tiny grammatical error when reading something that isn't clear in its meanings. The first post can be interpreted in 3 different ways.
You'll most likely get them from mob drops. I don't think anyone has memorized the visuals of every type of boot and or trousers for every level difference in the game. Also we don't know which race the character you are showing us is. that will cut down the available options for people to pick from by 2 thirds.
