Nah, no need for that. If you go pure PvE, I'd just do the Kid Boo Transformation and spam Genocide Blast -> Always worked, will always work. Also the Drum skills are AoE as well, so no real need to waste points in some other skills with cast time

This one's originally for Budokai Tournaments, but it also does very very well in PvE and PvP itself.
If you only play PvP I'd recommend getting 23% Attack Speed Weapons +15, because you'll mostly use the drums etc. for knockdown anyway.
Equipment:
Top Armor: Focus
Pants (Constitution or Focus)
Shoes (Constitution)
Accessories:
Rings: Both Cooldown reduction
Also I did tweak the Karma Majin build a bit more to make it work excellently at 1vs1 Battles, not to mention it's also way better in pve now considering you get 1 RP all 6 seconds
sorry for being a pain but i just have a doubt , if you only put like 3/4 SP points in damage skills , why is the 1RP per 6seconds relevant ? arent you aimng for a auto attacker ?
During battles you almost never have time to charge up basically. Therefore 1 Rp all 6 seconds is like a god blessing.
