I ve noticed that in your English translation NPCs often speak about the "Red Pant Army". This is a translation error as far as there is no such thing as the "Red Pant Army" in the Dragon Ball manga. The correct translation is the "Red Ribon Army" (レッドリボン軍 -> Reddoribon gun). If you take a look at either the manga or anime you ll see that every members of this army are wearing a red ribbon with the "RR" letters on it.
