I can not change my account password

    Log in to my account on the official page, I enter to change password.
    I enter the old password and the new password


    He tells me the message:We sent your one time code to your registered email address!, once you have the code back to this page to finish the request!
    I go to my mail as the message says, but I never get the email with the code to enter the page
