The none Attack and Defence Properties isn't working when you equip Increase Attack and Defence Properties gear and buffs. As you see in the imagine below I have 10+7+14= 31% increase in attack properties, my None Attack and Defense Properties didn't increase to 31% but stay as 5% which is bugged and not suppose to be like that.
If this stay the same there would be no point in having properties effects on gear because all you have to do is remove properties effect from your armor to receive only a 5% damage increase from a opponent with any attribute on there weapon making people who stack properties not worth it for any PvP encounters, In fact making the Swordmens Debuff Glaring Slash(that also doesn't work) Useless.
